    All orders are submitted as requests. You will not be charged at checkout. Instead, simply submit your order request and we’ll take it from there. This approach allows us to confirm availability and ensure everything in your order is ready for pickup.

    Use the “Order Notes” box to tell us exactly what you’re looking for, including weights and/or quantities for cuts of meat. These details help us select the best cuts for you. Final weights may be slightly above or below your selection.

    Once we confirm availability, we’ll email you with your finalized order total and a secure payment link.

    Place your order by Wednesday at noon for pickup that same week. Select your pickup location at checkout.
