Hidden Creek Farm’s Half Beef is a generous supply of 100% grass-fed heritage-breed beef, raised humanely and regeneratively from start to finish. Choose between full customization or a curated, ready-to-go bundle.
Option 1: Nose-to-Tail (Customized Process)
For those who want flexibility, value, and full animal utilization.
What You Get
- Approximately 180-200 pounds of packaged beef (varies by animal)
- Full control over your cuts via butcher cut sheet
- Steaks, roasts, ground beef, bones, organs — your choices, your way
- Dry-aged, vacuum-sealed, and frozen
How It Works
- Reserve your Half Beef with a deposit. Your card will not be charged until we contact you and schedule your harvest date.
- You submit your custom cut sheet.
- You’ll receive an invoice for your remaining balance, which must be paid in full prior to harvest date.
- We deliver your animal to our trusted butcher.
- Pick up your beef directly from the butcher when ready and pay remaining processing fees.

- No cut sheets or decision-making required
How It Works
- Reserve your Half Beef with a deposit. Your card will not be charged until we contact you and schedule your harvest date.
- You’ll receive an invoice for your remaining balance, which must be paid in full prior to harvest date.
- Our team will handle all processing and curate a selection of cuts based on your bundle size.
- Pick up your order at the farm or schedule delivery for an additional fee.
Pricing
- $2,200 flat fee plus 1% VA Sales Tax
- $350 optional delivery within 60 miles of the farm
- No additional processing fees

About Our Beef
Raised on Certified Organic pastures using Certified Humane, science-based regenerative farming practices, Hidden Creek Farm beef is part of the Virginia Verified Beef program, so you can trust how it was raised as much as how it tastes.
Our Red Poll Cattle are 100% grass-fed and harvested at 30+ months, giving you richer, more nutrient-dense meat with higher Omega-3 and CLA levels plus far less Omega-6 than typical grain-fed beef. The result is deep-red meat with naturally yellow fat packed with beta-carotene and a unique “terroir” flavor you won’t find in stores.
