Why Trust Us
We’ve already built and proven the exact system we now offer to landowners: a regenerative livestock-based approach that improves land health and qualifies for agricultural benefits. Based in Delaplane, VA, Hidden Creek Farm LLC is a diversified regenerative farm that manages over 750 acres of owned and leased lands, and partners on custom grazing another 110 acres of land, all with the goal of raising nutrient-dense meats and produce. We’ve done this successfully at scale, and we can do it for you.
What We Offer
Are you tired of leasing your land to folks who overgraze pastures, bring crazy cattle, leave ruts and debris, and disappear when you need them? We were too. We’ve designed our RLMP™ to be the opposite: professional, regenerative, and accountable. Hidden Creek Farm employs a full-time team trained to provide expert service through three core options.
Turnkey Land Management Plans
We develop and implement a long-term regenerative land management plan for owners tailored to their property and goals. This option is ideal for landowners who want to qualify for Agricultural Land-Use, improve land health through regenerative practices, and enjoy their property without having to manage land and livestock themselves.
Consulting and Training Plans
For landowners who are just getting into farming, this option allows you to “learn as you go” without major upfront investment. We provide tractable, habituated heritage-breed livestock that respect fences, regenerate your fields with natural nutrients and trace elements. Leave the buying, breeding, and movement of livestock to us while you gain experience at your own pace.
Legacy and Stewardship
Leaving a legacy and implementing meaningful stewardship are important goals for those of us who treasure our Earth and our fellow living beings. Instead of changing your land to achieve the “belief of the day,” HCF will help you align land management with your long-term vision and understand what kinds of regenerative practices might allow you to naturally reach your goals.
