Raised slow-grown on grass only (no grain, hormones, antibiotics, or synthetic supplements), they’re harvested at 30+ months, giving you richer, more nutrient-dense meat with higher Omega-3 and CLA levels and far less Omega-6 than typical grain-fed beef. The result? Deep red meat with naturally yellow fat packed with beta-carotene and a unique “terroir” flavor you won’t find in stores.

How It Works

- Custom cut exactly how you want it: Choose New York strips, T-bones, roasts, ground beef, stew cubes, specialty cuts, bones, liver, and organs for broths or pets
- Delivered to a quality local butcher (with a companion animal to keep stress low and tenderness high)
