Raised on Certified Organic pastures using Certified Humane, science-based regenerative farming practices, our beef is part of the Virginia Verified Beef program, so you can trust how it was raised as much as how it tastes.

Our Red Poll Cattle are 100% grass-fed and harvested at 30+ months, giving you richer, more nutrient-dense meat with higher Omega-3 and CLA levels plus far less Omega-6 than typical grain-fed beef. The result is deep-red meat with naturally yellow fat packed with beta-carotene and a unique “terroir” flavor you won’t find in stores.

How It Works

1. You buy the live animal from us.
2. We deliver it to the butcher.
3. You choose every cut and pay the butcher directly.
4. Pick up your custom beef (or add delivery).

• Custom cut exactly how you want it: Choose New York strips, T-bones, roasts, ground beef, stew cubes, specialty cuts, bones, liver, and organs
• Delivered to a quality local butcher (with a companion animal to keep stress low and tenderness high)
